Regional and Traditional Cuisine

On this immersive workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore the unique flavors, techniques, and ingredients that define each region's culinary identity. From the coastal delights of Baja California to the rich and complex moles of Oaxaca, immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of Mexico's regional and traditional cuisine. Get ready to expand your culinary horizons and experience the true essence of Mexican gastronomy.

We design courses that commemorate important dates in Mexico and include the recipes of what is typically eaten on those dates. Such as Semana Santa (easter week), Independence Day (el grito) , Day of the Dead (Dia de muertos) and Christmas.

Explore the world of Mexican cuisine through our cooking classes at KOCHWERKSTATT Düsseldorf, available to the public once a month. Our well-appointed kitchen accommodates around 16 aspiring chefs, and our inviting setting extends to additional rooms, where guests can come together for shared meals and revel in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We also offer them as a private event every day of the year. It's a super fun way to enjoy any event, be it a bachelorette party, team building, birthday party, etc. You learn how to cook delicious dishes and at the end you enjoy the tasting of those dishes plus typical mexican drinks like Tequila or Mezcal.
